About

 Hi, I'm Tim.  Round about my 40th birthday I began a mid-life awakening.   I literally woke up to my current state physically, emotionally, and spiritually.  I wasn’t pleased with what I saw and felt.   I made some big changes.  Now, I’ve been working in the health and wellness field for 15 years.  I started as a yoga and meditation instructor but soon became a health and fitness coach and functional aging specialist. I meld all this experience, including 60 years of life lived, to offer you a holistic approach to living your most vital and balanced life.   

The Long Story...

Tim is a life-changer. Not only is he highly professional and knowledgable, he is extremely perceptive, supportive and caring. Through a combination of tough love and a lot of humor, he consistently pushes me beyond where I think I can go. Tim is non-judgmental, respectful and filled with positive energy. With my increased strength, flexibility and stamina I am able to do the things I love with far greater ease and enjoyment.

I’ve worked with Tim for 5 years or so; for the last year, on Zoom.  He’s the best trainer I’ve ever had - and I’ve had a bunch!  He is highly knowledgeable, both about weight training and about exercises/stretches/yoga for rehabbing muscles or joints.  He varies the workout to keep it interesting.  He adapts the exercises to who YOU are - your age, your goals, your various trouble spots like bad knees or weak ankles. I didn’t want to work with a 28-year-old who was going to treat me as another 28 year old, which I'm not.  And, he makes the workouts fun, which is important so you keep wanting to do them!

I've practiced with Tim locally and attended a retreat where he held guided meditations. His classes were consistently amazing. The right blend of functional fitness and traditional yoga. He watches his students and makes the proper adjustments when needed and helps tailor the class for his students. He's starting a new morning class and I will actually rearrange my work schedule just to be able to catch that class.
